One of my favorite meals of 2024 was enjoyed at the newly opened Eos & Nyx restaurant in downtown San Jose. The atmosphere, service and meal were en pointe. We are still not drinking but can attest to the quality of the mocktails (apparently the cocktails are great, too). It’s wild to see it all beautifully finished after our site walk in the summer of 2023 when it was still a shell. Bravo to Paper Plane Group on your success!
